Tandis was one of the first of the Elas'nir and lieutenant to Pariden, the first Elas'nir. Tandis was the captain of the Azure Knights and lead the last remaining Arnor against the Dread Lords at the last battle of the Titan Civil War.

Tandis nearly fell to Kona when trying to save Amanda the Morningstar, only to be saved by Draginol himself, who had to that point been playing the role as Kona's advisor, pretending to be a fellow Dread Lord.

Tandis would later seemingly fall to Illosa under a false flag of truce, though he would resurface hundreds of millennia later to aid the humans against the Dread Lords after the Drengin had accidentally released them from their pocket universe imprisonment.
